I know that I never wrote a long, poetic welcome after the arrival announcement. It's not so much that I'm too busy, but rather that I take that kind of thing too seriously, and thus it's daunting...never the right time to wax emotional.
I should just and write that I love you all three, and I'm so psyched and proud and supportive of you all.
I cried when I read Stacey's account of the birth. (Is COL common e-acronym yet? How cheesy is that?) But really, I did...audible and wet.
I think that you guys are going to be a great family, and I have confidence in a wonderful future. And in those inevitable moments when it doesn't feel so wonderful, you have all of my love and support too.
That is a fantastic picture. I can not wait to come out to the NW and see Jack. Ill be there as soon as I get back from France in early September. Mom and I got Jack the cutest Savannah College of Art and Design onesie (sp?) and it should be on its way out there soon. take care and enjoy your beautiful little boy... love Megan
